Summer, Sunday, Ribs Time.

Starts early in the morning. Clean the Ribs and make the right rub.


Grill is ready to use. We start at 1:45 pm.


After 2,5 hours  

Ready for another 1,5 hours. Each piece come into one bag with a little apple juice. 

Now we have to wait. It smells like bbq heaven. 

After 90 minutes it’s time for my own barbecue sauce.
 After another 40 minutes it’s time to bring it on the table. 


Ribs, salciccia with fennel, sausages with spinach and cheese and skews with lamb..
Taste like it looks.
