Making slow BBQ Chicken

Ready after 2,5 hours. Stuffed with sweet potatao and chestnuts. One is glazed with honey.

Two chicken grilled indirect for 2,5 hours at 100 degree celsius.

My recipe:

2.87lb chicken breast, 4tsp basil, 1tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1tsp garlic, 3.38oz redwine, and 3.38oz extra vergin olive oil.

Pork shoulder, mozzarella, parsley, black pepper, salt, fennel seeds, garlic, red pepper and redwine.

Little pice to test the taste, perfect.

First time of making sausages. Next time a try lamb.
